RADA-trained technicians are amongst the most highly respected in the industry: they include Olivier, Tony and Academy Award nominees and winners.  At RADA we combine some of the best facilities with excellent industry links to ensure that our training prepares students for the challenges of their future profession.

In addition to our Technical Theatre and Stage Management course, we also offer specialist training in Scenic Art, Scenic Construction, Props, Stage Electrics and Lighting Design, Theatre Costume, Directing and Theatre Design.

RADA’s actor training is acclaimed throughout the world.  At its heart is our belief that classical training is the best foundation for a career across the many media now available to actors.  RADA graduates have achieved success not only in theatre, film, TV and radio, but also in voice-over and computer game development.

In addition to our BA in Acting, we also offer a Foundation Course in Acting and many very popular short courses on subjects from Shakespeare to contemporary theatre.

Our MA in Text in Performance, run jointly with King’s College London, combines RADA’s vocational training with a more academic approach: whilst our MA in Theatre Directing covers both creative and technical aspects of professional theatre.
